The lovely ladies posing with Community Connections Food Bank Manager Patti Larson (center) are from the Revelstoke Credit Union and RCU Insurance. Together they brought dozens of new children’s backpacks to the Food Bank on Friday morning, August 22, for distribution to needy families. 38 backpacks were donated with basic school supplies specific to each child. This program is funded entirely by the staff at Revelstoke Credit Union and RCU Insurance. Staff donate $1 every Saturday that they wear jeans.
