Driver survives semi MVA

The 22-year-old driver of an east-bound semi escaped with minor injuries after he lost control and rolled the vehicle, blocking all lanes of trafcuc at Three Valley Gap. “The truck was hauling domestic cargo,” Staff Sgt. Kurt Grabinsky said in a statement released on Tuesday, July 15. “The driver has been charged with Speed Relative to Conditions. Traffic was diverted into Revelstoke throughout this road closure from the east. West-bound traffic was held back on the western side of the accident.
