$25,021.75 raised for Baby Boy Bell

All the people who turned out at the Baby Bell Fundraiser at the Village Idiot on Saturday, July 5, or who donated money to help the late Rowland Bell’s widow, Kerstin Byman, and their newborn child, made a tremendous difference — a $25,021.75 difference. That’s how much was raised to assist Kerstin and their baby.

There were other big winners, through the raffle, too:

1st Prize: Holly Kermack won the Round Trip Airfare for 2 Anywhere WestJet Airlines Flys! (Scheduled destinations);
2nd Prize: Tammie Kermack won the Day of Heli Skiing with Selkirk Tangiers;
3rd Prize:  Laura Coueffin won the Harrison Hot Springs Getaway for 2;
4th Prize: Chad Deschamps won the Village Idiot Catered BBQ for 20; and
5th Prize: Caroline Thomas won the 10 x 18 Holes of Golf at Revelstoke Golf Course.
