In the driver’s seat at the Railway Museum — well a new simulated one, anyway!

Railway Museum Volunteer Don Hawker sits in the driver's seat of the newly re-built and refurbished railway locomotive simulator at the Railway Museum as Jonathan Taylor of RST Instruments looks on. Taylor installed the new simulator that, according to volunteer George Hopkins is a faithful reproduction of the simulator he trained on when he joined the CPR many years ago. The new simulator features new sensors and effects that make it much more realistic than the old one, which was out of commission for the last two years. Give it a try for yourself at the museum!
