A marketing firm from Abbottsford needs actors for a promotional film being made at Shelter Bay and Upper Arrow Lake on Tuesday afternoon, June 10.

According to an e-mail from the Revelsrtoke Theatre Company they need actors from 2 pm-8 pm, with a mixture of shots on the lake with kayaks, which they will provide, and on the beach with an evening campfire shot.

“They would like a variety of ages with young children, parents and grandparents, likely two of each if possible,” the e-mail said.

The City of Revelstoke is reminding residents that watering restrictions are in effect year-round and must adhere to these restrictions.

The use of water for sprinkling, irrigation, and the washing of driveways and sidewalks is only permitted at even-numbered property addresses on even-numbered calendar days and odd-numbered property addresses on-odd numbered calendar days between the hours of 6 am to 10 am only.

If further restrictions are required the City of Revelstoke will implement stage two (2) watering restrictions —hand watering of plant material only
