The North Columbia Environmental Society’s (NCES), Local Food Initiative group is inviting local gardeners and artists to participate in the second annual Garden Art Tour, to be held on Saturday, July 26.

The first Garden Art Tour took place last August and was very well received. The tour was a one-day event that paired together local gardeners and artists, where both parties were able to showcase their talents in gardens around Revelstoke. Please click here to read The Current’s story and see the photos from last year’s Art & Garden Tour.

This year, the event will take place on the afternoon of Saturday July 26. If you would like to be part of the 2014 Garden Art Tour, please send a brief write-up about your garden or art with photos (if you have any). For interested artists the NCES is looking for art in many different mediums, from photography, jewelry, painting, theatre, glassware and pottery to gourmet food!

If you are interested in participating in the second annual Garden Art Tour please send an e-mail to revelstokecommunitygarden@gmail.com.
