Long-time Assistant Librarian Zoe Knuff is finally turning that page in her life and retiring.

While her departure doesn’t take effect April 17, her colleagues at the Revelstoke branch of the Okanagan Regional Library will be throwing a little party for her this Friday, April 11, from 10 am until 1 pm.

Everyone who appreciates the fine job Zoe did is invited to attend.

The new Business and Visitor Information Centre at 301 Victoria Road will be officially inaugurated this Friday, April 11, at 11 am.

Teenagers from the Revelstoke Alliance Youth Group will be staging a food drive this Saturday, April 12, from 10 am until 1:30 pm.

“This amazing group of youth has gone door-to-door collecting food for many years,” said an appreciative Patti Larson, coordinator of the Community Connections Food Bank

“If they come to your house please consider donating a non-perishable food item. Thanks to the Alliance Youth Group for your support over the years — we are truly appreciative!”
