Jim Meloro was going past the Trans-Canada Gym when he spotted this feathered creature in the branches of a tree. He thinks it is a pygmy owl. I’ll bet he’s as anxiious for spring as the rest of Revelstoke’s human and non-human population. Jim Meloro photo
