Say bye to Barb Ross and howdy-do to Bruce Tisdale

School District 19 Treasuer Barb Ross (left) looks pretty excited in this photo and she should! After 10 years in that position, Wednesday was not only her last SD 19 Board of Trustees meeting but her last budget, too. She's off to join her husband, Bruce, in Vanderhoof. Trustees congratulated her on her stellar work in Revelstoke and wished her well in Vanderhoof. But she's not leaving SD 19 in the lurch. She is being replaced by Doug Tisdale (right) who joins the school district here after eight years in SD 58. Bruce is a real local with long ties to SD 19.
