The fifth annual Spirit Fest opens January 30 with exciting new events such as snowmobile drag races and the Forever Foursome Beatles Tribute as well as ever-popular hits like the Carousel of Nations and the Top Chick and Top Bloke contests.
With events and performances being held across town as well as at Glacier Resort and Revelstoke Mountain Resort this is the largest winter festival ever held in Revelstoke.
“We have something for just about everyone,” says Garry Pendergast, chair of the Spirit Fest Organizing Committee. “This is the most inclusive Spirit Fest yet.”
This 12-day celebration on winter in the mountains kicks off on Thursday, January 30, with the excellent and very popular Rescue Dogs Spaghetti Dinner at the Community Centre from 4 pm until 8 pm.
