Community Choir’s Christmas Concert will be a Down Home event

Every year the Community Choir performs an enchanting Christmas Choir at the Revelstoke United Church. This year's concert has a Down Home theme. The choir, shown here performing during their Tuesday evening rehearsal, performs on Saturday and Sunday evenings — December 15 & 16 — at 7 pm. Tickets are $10 and are available at the Community Centre. Don't miss this wonderful family event! This year’s concert has a special guest performer oboe and English horn player Akane Setiawan. This Japanese-born Revelstoke resident is a graduate of the Longy School of Music in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and has performed with orchestras in Canada and the United States. David F. Rooney photo
