The Revelstoke Community Band will be out spreading the Christmas spirit this Sunday, December 8, when they perform outside Cooper’s at 1 pm and then, at 2, outside Pharmasave. They’ll be collecting donations for the Food Bank’s Christmas Hamper Depot. Cash, non-perishable foods, children’s toys and personal grooming items are welcome donations.
A week later, on Sunday, December 15, the band will in concert at the Performing Arts Centre with their special guests, the Salmon Arm Community Band. The concert begins at 2 pm. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children age five to 12.
Tickets are available from any Revelstoke Community Band member or available at the door. The price of admission also includes a chance to win a door prize.
