Laila Biali’s concert was sublime

Talented Canadian jazz singer Laila Biali scored lots of applause at the Performing Arts Centre on Sunday evening. She played a broad selection of songs, both her own compositions as well those other singer-songwriters such as Ron Sexsmith, Neil Young, Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell and Jane Siberry.
