Hospital Auxiliary shows it’s generosity

The Queen Victoria Hospital Auxiliary continued it generous traditions on Monday afternoon when Sheila Combs (left) presented a $2,000 cheque on its behalf to Erin Wilkins of the Revelstoke OPT Clinic, which provides sexual health counselling, testing and treatment. The Auxiliary is a major supporter of the hospital and community-basead health programs such as the OPT Clinic. So far this year the Auxiliary has donated more than $61,000 to support different programs such as the purchase of two bread makers, two slow cookers and two umbrellas for the cottages Items for the Cottages and an Emergency Airway Cart and laparoscopic cameras and instrumentation for the emergency room.
