189 holes? THAT’s a lot of golf!

John Franks, the Revelstoke Golf Club's resident pro, poses with Wendy Toyer, executive director of the ALS Society of BC, as she presents him with a certificate of appreciation for his support of the organization. On June 20 John raised $1,200 for the society by playing 189 consecutive holes. John has done this before, but never has played quite that much golf in one day. Kudos, John, kudos. David F.
