Current reader Bob Hughes so enjoyed Joan Maskell’s recent photo entitled Only in Revelstoke that he couldn’t resist sending us a similarly incongruous photo of a sign near Manzanita, Oregon. “I’m sure you’ll see why it brought to mind a similar juxtaposition that never fails to catch my eye whenever we make our annual trip down the Oregon coast,” he said in an e-mail to The Current. “Perhaps it’s not ‘only in Revelstoke’ where recycling can be carried to its ultimate lengths!” Many thanks for the photo, Bob.
