Saturday was a nearly perfect day: sunny and warm with generally clear skies and only a hint of chill in the breeze. It was so nice that hundreds of people came downtown to do their marketing, shop for bargains and attend the Relay of Life’s terrific kick off party.
Here are some photos from the day that we hope you’ll enjoy:
Saturday was a perfect spring day and hundreds of people started their day by heading to the Farmer’s Market. Some people bought bedding plants from Mayfair Farm while others went for crisp new vegetables at the Wild Flight Farm booth. David F. The others were Sarah Carey, Jamie and Kimberly, Garett Cooper, Madison Howard, Paige Makarewicz, Kade Hensen, Haley Christie-Hoyle, Jesse Both and Gord Christie. The five finalists, who will perform at the June 9 Relay for Life are Jesse Booth, Garett Cooper, Kade Hansen, Paige Makarewicz and Madison Howard. David F.
