Thank you to all those British Columbians who exercised their right to vote.
Thank you to Doug Clovechok for letting his name stand to run for office as our MLA. Thank you, too, Doug for all your hard work over the last two years. You and Susan became a part of our community and, in you, we have gained some good friends.
Thank you, also, to all of the volunteers who took the time to help at campaign events.
I am pleased with the people of our province who undeniably re-elected Christy Clark as our premiere. Christy spent countless hours campaigning to carry the BC Liberals’ pledge to build a strong economy and to place our families first. Voters entrusted you, Christy, with a majority government to build a better BC. Congratulations!
It is our duty as voters and citizens to support our elected officials but we will also hold them accountable for their actions.
