Stone Iris is good for the Last Drop

Rock-reggae-blues quintet Stone Iris will be performing at the Last Drop on May 30. The Edmonton-based band has just released a new album, Kicking the Can. They were named band of the month for March by Edmonton's commercial rock station Sonic 102.9FM along with being nominated for their previous EP Illuminations for Rock Recording of The Year at the Edmonton Music Awards. Kicking The Can is the band’s eighth recording since their debut LP, Ezparanza, back in 2008 and showcases the band’s fusion of self-described Southern Rock from the True North / Reggae Music from a Cold Dark Place.
