The irrepressible Amy Flexman has been hired as the Chamber of Commerce’s new events coordinator. She is very excited about this part-time position that she is beginning next week. Revelstoke has long needed someone who could coordinate events and festivals and Amy is probably the ideal person to perform this function. She’s smart, organized, enthusiastic and understands entertainment. She played an integral role in planning and organizing the annual Spirit Fest and has booked many of the bands that performed in local pubs. David F. Rooney photo
