Revy makes it into BC Magazine

BC Magazine has published an excellent article, Revelstoked, about Revelstoke by writer-photographer Bruce Kirbby

“He was here last winter, RAA supported him with organization, paid for the dog sledding and arranged his accommodation,” Revelstoke Accommodation Association manager Thom Tischik told The Current.

“As for value, for what was invested regarding money and in-kind promotion, it was an excellent value! To purchase those pages, you would look at around $5,000-plus a page.”
BC Magazine is a well-read and very well respected publication, he said.

“We actually received much more than I had anticipated. Also, it was good to have the family angle rather than the ‘extreme’ side of things as is often done to promote Revelstoke and area. Also, it was good to have the Railway Museum promoted as well as food and beverage and shopping options.”
