David Rooney grimaces melodramatically as he reaches into a bag held by Joan Holzer, head librarian at the Revelstoke branch of the Okanagan Regional Library. The bag contained scores of entries for the annual Summer Reading Club painting that Rooney has been painting since 2002. Sooooo… whose name was drawn?
