Regarding the passing of Ted Bacigalupo:
I worked along side Ted at the CSRD Board table for many years and I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He worked very hard for his constituents in Area C and also more recently as Chair of the Board. His enthusiastic presence in the office and at board meetings will be missed. My sympathies go out to his family and his friends.
