I don’t often publish material from outside of Revelstoke but once in a while I receive a story or image that deserves to be shared. In this instance it’s a photo by Vancouver Island photographer Jan Leach, the twin sister of my close friend Sue Leach. Jan sent this to Sue while I was in St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver last month and I’m just now getting around to clearing it out of my e-mail backlog. Entitled On Our Little Pond, I think this is an endearing image. Jan’s note to her sister reads: “Just thought i’d send you a photo of what greeted me today when i arrived home from work.
