Everyone's favourite intersection — Victoria Road and the Trans-Canada — was a veritable gong show on Monday afternoon as work crews stripped the pavement off the intersection, intermittently backing up traffic on Victoria all the way to Johnnie's. On the TCH, meanwhile, East-bound traffic was backed up across the bridge, past the Highway 23 S intersection and all the way up the highway as it curls around Boulder Mountain. David F.
