These kids in Kim Floyd's (that's Kim on the left) Grade 6/7 class at Mountain View Elementary had a great lunch hour scoffing pizzas and cupcakes laid on by Tara Johnson (that's her on the right) after the class won the Climate Change Showdown contest this year. The program (Climate Change Showdown) is presented through the BC Sustainability Association. There were also some prizes awarded to individual students in our school district. The Top Three individual winners were The top 3 individual winners were: Darcy Booker in Tracy Tompkins class at Columbia Park and Electra Poole and Ayla Roche in Michelle Gadbois' class at Arrow Heights Elementary.
