Maple candy Quebec style at La Baguette

This is the season to tap maple trees in Quebec and Ontario and to enjoy all the sweet treats that go with it. On Sunday La Baguette held a Cabane a Sucre (Sugaring Off) with tire d’erable — hot and thickened maple syrup poured on snow and many other maple treats.
