Work 'n' Play owner Lawrence Rebalkin loves a good gamble and holding a Clothing Out Sale seemed like a good way to get rid of a lot of old stock. But one thing he wasn't betting on was a rumour that his store was closing and, just to quote another embellishment of the truth, moving to a new location near the Forum.
