There were plenty of grins in the Community Centre kitchen Tuesday afternoon as children gathered to learn from Chris Froehlich (not shown) how to bake scrumptious Christmas cookies — in this case snowballs covered in icing sugar. This Parks, Recreation and Culture Department program has been going on for years.
