Stuart Smith wins Nelson’s Fall Classic Squash Tournament
Revelstoke squash player, Stuart Smith (right) won the Men’s A Division at the Nelson Fall Classic Squash Tournament this past weekend in Nelson. This is a major breakthrough for Revelstoke’s Bear’s Den Racquet Club and for Stuart, posing here with fellow finalist Mike Allan of Nelson, as this was a AAA Squash BC-sanctioned tournament. In winning the tournament, Stuart beat some of the top ranked players in the interior. Also of significant note, Rusty Berarducci won second place in the Men’s C Division at the same tournament.
