You can be part of the forthcoming Welcome to Revelstoke Guide by contributing short stories and photos about life in our mountain community.
Okanagan College and the City have partners in the guide and are sponsoring a contest for the best photos and stories. The winners will see their work published in the guide next January and will be entered into a draw to win a $75 gift certificate to the local restaurant of their choice.
Stories must be two lines or less and must say something about what makes Revelstoke special — culturally or otherwise. Photos can be of people, buildings, workplaces, community events or recreation.
There are six categories: about Revelstoke; living in Revelstoke; moving around Revelstoke; community safety in Revelstoke; working in Revelstoke and; enjoying Revelstoke
