Ten-month-old female Sheltie (small collie). Approximately 20 pounds. Grey with black spots, white on chest/neck/front legs/feet. Very similar to photo. No identification. Her name is “Splash”. UPDATE: Splash was seen on Tuesday August 10 around 10:00 a.m. crossing the Big Eddy Bridge into the Big Eddy area.
