Kids United Youth Group had their first overnight outing. Three families had an action packed weekend trip to New Denver. Highlights included camping, the proverbial campfire, checking out the ghost town at Silverton, flying down the Galena trail (no lives lost) on our bikes, the cable car across Carpenter Creek, touring the Japanese Internment Camp in New Denver, playing tag on the ferry at Galena Bay, with the piece de resistance at Halycon Hot Springs! From preschooler to adult, this was a weekend with perfect weather and great family time.
