Can you help make Railway Days a GREAT event?

Can you help make Railway Days a great event? The Railway Museum sure hopes so.

It is inviting individuals, businesses and organizations to join it in making the six-day event a must-see extravaganza.

“We are holding a Railway Days information day on Tuesday June 15,” says Jennifer Dunkerson, the museum’s executive director.

“Information kits about Railway Days and how the community can get involved will be available for pick up at our museum and at the Chamber of Commerce, all day.  Appointments are also possible with myself to discuss possible participation and contributions and we are trying to establish a registry of all the events and activities that will be going on from August 12 to 17 — whether it be part of our museum’s planning or individual organizations and businesses efforts around town.  Volunteer opportunities will also be available.”
