As a part of Bike to Work Week, May 31-June 6, the North Columbia Environmental Society is giving away refurbished bicycles to Revelstokians in need. NCES members Sean Hoban, Keith McNab, and Sarah Newton, along with Flowt mechanics Theresa McGeragle and Joel Pirnke worked on bringing the bikes up to speed in preparation for the giveaway. The bikes were donated by the City of Revelstoke's Public Works Department, repairs donated by Flowt and the NCES and transportation thanks to the Revelstoke Carshare Cooperative .
