RMR deserves praise this year for a number of services, but there is one of particular note. The staff — which includes every echelon from the cafeteria crew to the ski patrol — have been specially cheerful and friendly. I don’t think I can remember one surly comment or sour face all year. Instead– lots of upbeat, helpful replies and comments. Thanks for the good cheer!
