Columbia River-Revelstoke MLA Norm Macdonald is providing an opportunity for Revelstoke residents to meet with him on Thursday, Dec.3.
Macdonald will be travelling throughout the constituency following the end of the fall Legislative session that began in August.
“It will be good to have some time to sit down with individual constituents to talk about the issues that matter to them,” Macdonald said in a statement released Wednesday.
“I have been hearing from a number of seniors about cuts to seniors programs and increasing costs for residential care. “People are still expressing their opposition to the Harmonized Sales Tax, a tax that will hurt the tourism industry as well as those on fixed incomes.”
Macdonald will be available to meet with constituents, by appointment, on Dec. 3 at the Revelstoke Community Centre. To arrange a meeting, contact MLA staff by calling 1-866-870-4188 or by e-mailing norm.macdonald.mla@leg.bc.ca.
