Community Foundation Chairman Steven Hui (center) talks to the Mountain View School Students' Council on Tuesday about ways the Foundation can help school children when they are planning philanthropic projects. The Foundation is making $500 available to each of the student councils in the city's four elementary schools so they can embark on projects that benefit kids, their schools or the community — even people in impoverished countries if their proposal is sound.
