What's wrong with this picture. There apparently was a hazardous waste roundup on Sunday, but look at the aftermath: mounds of plastic, metal and other recyclable — and perhaps even some unrecyclable — trash left piled beside one of the green bins at the recycling area by the Forum. While this bin appears to be full, what you can't see because it is behind the photographer is another bin that is completely empty. If you recognize any of this junk you should go and put it where it belongs: in the bin. David F. Rooney photo
