Long-service Auxiliary Constables earn some well-earned appreciation

long-service Revelstoke Auxiliary Constables Paul Carter (second from the left), Joe Marcoffio and Eric Scarcella and retired Auxiliary Troy Tompkins (second from the right) received some awards on Tuesday from RCP Sgt. Art Kleinsmith and Const. Garry McLaughlin who works closely with the volunteers. Carter, Marcoffio and Scarcella received Certificates of Appreciation five-year service pins for having served more than five years with the Force. Tompkins has retired and received a retirement badge. Kleinsmith congratulated them on behalf od detachment commander Staff-Sgt. Jackie Olson. McLaughlin noted that the regular force members they work with deeply appreciate  them. "There is nobody in this detachment who doesn't value what you do for us," he said.
