Fall fun on the fly

Members of the Revelstoke R/C Club, who operate radio-controlled aircraft, held a marvelous demonstration of their machines at their 500-foot airstrip near Montana Slough last Sunday.

Dozens of people turned out to watch the aircraft perform aerobatics and, for lunch, chow down on cheeseburgers and hot dogs. All in all it was a pretty cool way to spend part of your Sunday.
