With Homecoming 2009 just two weeks away, workers from Mounce Construction are busy repaving Mackenzie Avenue. The Grizzly Plaza extension project was to have been completed by the end of June but unforeseen problems held up completion of this important project — much to the anger and disappointment of downtown merchants.
