The Visual Arts Centre’s Belonging Show is perhaps the best exhibition ever put on in Revelstoke.
This feast for the eyes is comprised of 55 paintings, sculptures, wood carvings, ceramics and works of fabric art by 30 artists from Revelstoke and as far away as Calgary. All of them embrace, in one way or another, the theme of Belonging.
If you haven’t yet visited The Centre, which is locate din the old RCMP detatchment at 320 Wilson, to see the show — and you should — here is a selection of the best works as well as a few scenes of people looking at the various works.
